Course Summary

This official authorized Cisco course is offered by CCBOOTCAMP, sponsored by a Cisco Learning Solutions Partner ® , and is designed specifically to prepare students for the CVOICE Exam. The Cisco Voice over IP 642-432 CVOICE exam is one of five exams associated with the CCVP Certification. This course is also associated with the Cisco IP Communication Support Specialist and Cisco Rich Media Communications Specialist certifications. This course covers how to implement and support data and voice integration solutions at the network-access level. Topics covered include basic IP Telephony operation, router configuration, support, troubleshooting, and integration with an existing PSTN network.

Course Description

•  This course is designed specifically to prepare students to pass the CVOICE Exam.

•  CCBOOTCAMP offers its students the choice of on-site or remote boot camp. Choose the option which best suites your needs. Attend a boot camp at one of our facilities or attend the boot camp remotely.

•  Class length is five consecutive days, and runs Monday through Friday, typically from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. In addition to classroom time, there will be daily homework assignments to be completed at night. These are very full days, so students should arrive at our facility rested and prepared to work.

•  CVOICE class will have a maximum of twelve students.

•  Each student receives dedicated instructor mentoring to ensure all concepts are completely understood.

•  CCBOOTCAMP courseware and hardware are updated to reflect the current content of the CVOICE Exam. Our courseware and labs are updated after each class based on previous feedback.

•  We offer the most advanced equipment in the industry. You get your own equipment to work with. No gear sharing!

•  Access is provided to the classroom racks 24 hours a day and the instructor is available via cell phone until 12:00 midnight each day.
