The Building Converged Cisco Multilayer Switched Networks (BCMSN 642-812) is one of tthe qualifying exams for the Cisco Certified Network Professional CCNP® and the Cisco Certified Design Professional CCDP® certifications. The course covers skills necessary to implement scalable multilayer switched networks, Campus Networks, describing and implementing advanced Spanning Tree concepts, VLANs and Inter-VLAN routing, High Availability, Wireless Client Access, Access Layer Voice concepts, and minimizing service Loss and Data Theft in a Campus Network. Course Description • This course is designed specifically to prepare students to pass the BCMSN Exam. • CCBOOTCAMP offers its students the choice of on-site or remote boot camp. Choose the option which best suites your needs. Attend a boot camp at one of our facilities or attend the boot camp remotely. • Class length is five consecutive days, and runs Monday through Friday, typically from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. In addition to classroom time, there will be daily homework assignments to be completed at night. These are very full days, so students should arrive at our facility rested and prepared to work. • BCMSN class will have a maximum of twelve students. • Each student receives dedicated instructor mentoring to ensure all concepts are completely understood. • CCBOOTCAMP courseware and hardware are updated to reflect the current content of the BCMSN Exam. Our courseware and labs are updated after each class based on previous feedback. • We offer the most advanced equipment in the industry. You get your own equipment to work with.
