Policies

CCBOOTCAMP offers the most personalized learning experience with the highest quality products and services of any training organization in the world, all at competitive prices.

CCBOOTCAMP strives to accommodate each of our customers needs to the best of our abilities. In order to ensure we continue to maintain our world-class quality of customer service, training products and specialized services, we must adhere to following certain policies and procedures concerning billing, payment, and scheduling methods. Our policies and procedures are outlined below.

 

For all training boot camps, we have the following policies in place:

 

All payments must be received in full 30-days prior to the beginning of any class, boot camp, or other instructor-led service, or else your spot will be released and made available to others.

 

All cancellation requests must be made more than 30 days prior to the scheduled start day of your class. No cancellations (i.e.: no refunds) will be allowed once inside the 30-day period of your scheduled class.

 

All rescheduling requests must be made more than 30 days prior to the start of your class. Any rescheduling requests made within the 30-day window may be rescheduled for another time at the sole discretion of CCBOOTCAMP management. If a request made inside of the 30-day window prior to the scheduled start of your class is not granted, you will be liable for attending your originally scheduled date, or else your monies will be forfeited.

 

Class materials are given to each student on the first day of class for the entire duration of the training. There will be no refunds or partial refunds for students that do not complete the training.

 

Please Note: No guarantees or warranties are represented by the CCBOOTCAMP management discretionary consideration process. It is purely and solely a 'consideration' process that may or may not be performed as a customer courtesy. Any resulting decision yielded on any individual or group requests are made on a case-by-case basis, and all decisions by CCBOOTCAMP management are final.

 

Pass Guarantee Policy
CCIE Written, Professional Level, or Associate Level Boot Camps

CCDE Written is not included in this policy.

Students are allowed to retake any CCIE Written, Professional Level, or Associate Level Boot Camp attended for no additional course charge. This option is available so long as the participant meets the following criteria:

 

CCIE Written retake students must bring their original pre-study book to the retake boot camp. New supplemental course material(s) will be given during the boot camp. All Professional and Associate Level Boot Camp students must bring their original Official Cisco Authorized Course Curriculum Kit to the retake boot camp. New supplemental course material(s) will be given during the boot camp. Lab access is included in the retake at no additional charge.

 

Students are responsible for all additional retake test fees for CCIE Written, Professional Level, or Associate Level courses. Cisco test fees can be found at www.pearsonvue.com.

 

If there is a version exam change imposed by Cisco the student will be responsible for paying a materials only fee for the retake.

 

The student must retake the boot camp within 60 days of failing the exam.

 

There is typically only one (1) retake seat available for each class. This retake seat is scheduled on a first-come, first serve basis. CCBOOTCAMP may open up more retake seats for a boot camp at the sole discretion of CCBOOTCAMP management. Retake seats must be confirmed twenty-one (21) days prior to the first day of class.

 

The student must have completed all required prerequisites (if any) prior to attending our boot camp. Please contact us for an exhaustive list of specific course prerequisites.

 

The original full-price must have been paid for the boot camp.

 

If learning credits are used as payment for the initial boot camp class payment, the student can retake the boot camp for no additional course fee.

 

All retakes are completed at CCBOOTCAMP's Headquarters in Henderson, NV.


Retake Policy

CCIE Advanced Lab Boot Camps

Students are allowed one (1) retake of any CCIE Advanced Lab Boot Camp attended for a $500 fee. The fee will cover new class materials and any required lab access. This option is available so long as the participant meets the following criteria:

 

The student must retake the boot camp within 60 days of failing the Cisco CCIE Lab Exam.

 

There is typically only one (1) retake seat available for each class. This retake seat is scheduled on a first-come, first serve basis. CCBOOTCAMP may open up more retake seats for a boot camp at the sole discretion of CCBOOTCAMP management. Retake seats must be confirmed seven (7) days prior to the first day of class.

 

The student must have completed all required prerequisites prior to attending our boot camp. For advanced lab boot camps, all advanced practice labs must have been completed.

 

The original full-price must have been paid for the class. If full class price was not paid, then the difference between the full class price and the price paid must be added to the $500 retake price.

 

If learning credits are used as payment for the initial boot camp class payment, 28% of the original course cost must be paid in addition to the $500 retake fee.

 

All retakes are completed at CCBOOTCAMP's Headquarters in Henderson, NV.

For all workbook orders and pre-study materials we have the following policies in place:

All CCBOOTCAMP printed workbook and pre-study material sales are final, no refunds.
All CCBOOTCAMP e-book workbook and pre-study material sales are final, no refunds.


Financing Options

CCBOOTCAMP has financing options available to you. You may finance your boot camp course cost over three to six months with 50% down. This program is only available to US or Canadian residents. Application process is hassle free; no application fee, $25 per month processing fee, and financing payments can be made by credit card. Financing does not include expenses for hotel accommodations or test fees.

IT IS THE STUDENT’S RESPONSIBILITY TO INFORM US OF ANY CHANGES TO THEIR CREDIT CARD. IF A CREDIT CARD PAYMENT IS DECLINED, AN ADDITIONAL $20 FEE WILL BE ADDED TO THE BALANCE OF THE BILL.
PLEASE NOTE: Payment is due on the 1st of the month. A late fee of $25 will be applied to your monthly payment, in addition to the $25 monthly processing fee, if we do not receive payment within 5 days of the due date. Network Learning, Inc. will deduct the amount from the student’s credit card if payment is not received. Please contact us for more information.
