Cisco has refreshed the lab portion of its popular CCIE Voice certification to address critical skills that voice professionals must possess including the ability to define integrated network services and mitigate future performance problems. This change went in to effect in July 2009. This update only affects our CCIE Lab Boot Camps.
Effective October 12, 2010, the CCIE Voice Written Exam will be changing. The CCIE Voice Written Boot Camp on 12/06/10 and beyond will reflect the new voice written exam topics.
